Regency is a uniquely beautiful and welcoming community, designed for active adults age 55 or better just 35 miles west of Washington, D.C. Regency is located in Prince William County, Virginia, just north of the town of Haymarket. 

From Washington, DC:

• Travel west on I-66. 
• Take Exit 40 (Route 15) and turn right onto Route 15.
• Go north on Route 15 about 2 miles and, turn left onto Dominion Valley Drive. 
• When you see the Regency Clubhouse and grounds, turn right onto Regency Club Drive. 
• Go through the Gatehouse and turn left onto Championship Drive. The Clubhouse is on the left.
